Training
As a club we have sessions running most days. Our main location is Blantyre sports centre but we also make use of other south Lanarkshire leisure facilities. We have sessions for all ability levels and have excellent experienced coaches involved in taking the sessions.

Swim
We have a session running for swimmers of all ablities in Blantyre sports centre. The session is coached by our more expericned G72 members.
Monday. 7.30pm-8.30pm
We also have a seasonal open water session being run by south Lanarkshire Leisure and G72 member Shona Girwood at James Hamilton Heritage park, East Kilbride.
Friday. 5.30pm-6.30pm & 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Bike
During the summer months we have two organised rides per week. These are on Tuesday from 6.30pm and Sunday from 8am with Sunday being a long ride.
During the winter months two coached turbo sessions will be run with South Lanarkshire Leisure. These will be coached sessions by Shona Girwood and Paul Coats. They will take place at Hamilton Palace Grounds bowling pavilion.
Tuesday: 6.30pm - 7.45pm
Sunday: 9.30am - 11.30am
Run
The main run session we will run throughout the year is a session at the Palace Grounds, Hamilton. This will be coached by G72 member Craig Morris.
Wednesday: from 7.30pm
A long group run will take place on a Saturday from 9.30am with the group meeting at the Palace Grounds.
Group runs will also take place after bike sessions on a Sunday morning from 11.30am and before swimming session on a Thursday from 6.30pm.
